We believe no mother should face hardship alone. Through direct family assistance, community events, and educational programs, we build a support system that lifts the entire community.
Founded in 2021 in Mantua, Ohio by Amber Pavlik, Ohio Bad Moms started as a small Facebook group for local mothers to share resources. Today it's a fully registered 501(c)(3) public charity serving families across Portage County and beyond.
We reject the idea of the "perfect mother." Every mom is doing her best — and sometimes she just needs a hand. That's where we come in.

Distributed gifts, winter clothing, and holiday meals to 6 local families. Over 35 volunteers joined the effort.
Holiday ProgramCollected and distributed 280 coats, hats, and gloves ahead of winter to families across three counties.
Clothing DriveSupplied 120 children with full backpacks including notebooks, pencils, and art supplies for the school year.
EducationOur biggest fundraiser to date, raising $14,200 with 150 attendees, a live auction, and a community dinner.
FundraiserCelebrated 80 local mothers with a free brunch, guest speakers, and resource fair connecting families to services.
CommunityOur first official Christmas Mission, serving 4 families with gifts, food baskets, and warm clothing bundles.
